摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a self-adaptive forensic mark inserting method using a particle swarm optimization method in a multiple transform domain, a detecting method, an inserting apparatus, and a detecting apparatus. The present invention provides the self-adaptive forensic mark inserting method using the particle swarm optimization method in the multiple transform domain which includes the steps of: (a) generating the forensic mark; (b) generating HH, LH, HL, and LL frequency domains through a 2D-discrete wavelet transform (2D-DWT); (c) drawing a final coefficient value DC; (d) drawing the optimization insertion position of the forensic mark by applying a particle swarm optimization (PSO) search method; (e) drawing an optimization insertion strength by the PSO search method; (f) quantizing the forensic mark according to the optimization insertion strength and inserting the quantized mark.</p>
