The present invention relates to a transferred coal flattener to allow coal to be evenly distributed in a multi-stage drier for drying coal using reheat steam, wherein the coal is injected into a transfer device for loading, transferring, rotating, and dropping coal piles on the surface of a plurality of transfer plates from a coal constant feeder through a pulverizer in order to improve the drying efficiency. The transferred coal flattener comprises: a first coal drier wherein a first exhaust gas chamber for collecting exhaust gas is provided on a first upper chain and a second exhaust gas chamber for collecting exhaust gas is provided on a first lower chain; and a second coal drier wherein a third exhaust gas chamber for collecting exhaust gas is provided on a second upper chain and a fourth exhaust gas chamber for collecting exhaust gas is provided on a second lower chain. Each first transfer roller is hinged to a space between the center of both sides of a first transfer plate and the first chains. The coal constant feeder supplies a constant amount of coal to the upward surface of the first transfer plate.
