<p>The present invention discloses a method of comprehensively recycling gold flotation tailings, which comprises the following steps: flotation tailings are graded in a hydrocyclone, then coarse grains are fed into vibration spiral chute(s) for separation, then concentrates from the vibration spiral chute(s) are fed into shaking tables for gravity separation and middlings from the vibration spiral chute(s) return to the vibration spiral chute(s) for re-separation, tailings from the shaking table(s) are then fed into magnetic selector(s) and concentrates from magnetic selection are iron concentrates. Fine grains overflow from the hydrocyclone and tailings from the vibration spiral chute(s) and tailings from magnetic selector(s) are collected together into tailings pressure filtration system and tail water is recycled. The method of comprehensively recycling gold flotation tailings according to the present invention has the advantages of being simple to operate, low cost, and non-hazardous. After the existing method and processes of recycling gold flotation tailings is improved through the present invention and then used to recycle flotation tailings containing 0.25g/t of gold and 4% magnetic iron, the recovery rate is 52.62% for gold and 50.95% for iron, the cost is reduced by 9.0%. One ton of flotation tailings can achieve a profit of RMB20 which is double what it was before.</p> |
