摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission mechanism capable of improving the backing performance of a vehicle while suppressing cost increase.SOLUTION: A transmission mechanism 24 mounted in a vehicle 1A and capable of switching over among a plurality of gear positions, comprises: a first planetary gear mechanism 25 of a single pinion type for transmission; and a second planetary gear mechanism 26 of a double pinion type for transmission. A third carrier C3 and a fourth ring gear R4 are fixed to be non-rotatable. A second MG 12 is connected to a third sun gear S3 via a first clutch CL1 and to a third ring gear R3 via a second clutch CL2. Furthermore, the third ring gear R3 is connected to a fourth carrier C4 via a third clutch CL3 and to an intermediate shaft 27 via a fourth clutch CL4. A fourth sun gear S4 is connected to the intermediate shaft 27 via a fifth clutch CL5, and an output shaft 28 is connected to the fourth carrier C4 via a sixth clutch CL6. The intermediate shaft 27 is connected to the output shaft 28 via a seventh clutch CL7.
