PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device which easily and securely release a clamp state manually when an output from a drive part stops.SOLUTION: A clamp device 10 includes a pair of first and second clamp arms 14, 16 rotatably supported on a body 12, and includes a manually releasing mechanism 22 which can manually release when an output to the first and second clamp arms 14, 16 from the drive part 18 stops and the clamp arms are locked when a workpiece W is in a clamped state. The manually releasing mechanism 22 includes a release lever 68 rotatably arranged to a first plate body 26. When an operator operates and rotates the release lever 68, a block body 52 of a drive force transmission mechanism 20 is pressed above and moved and pressing force to an outer side in a width direction of the first and second clamp arms 14, 16 by the pair of rollers 58a, 58b is released. Thereby, holding parts 36 of the first and second clamp arms 14, 16 rotate in directions separating from each other to make an unclamped state. |
