PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution server with improved convenience, and a program of the document distribution server.SOLUTION: A document distribution server includes: a distribution section for distributing browsing document data to a browsing terminal; an addition information acquisition section for acquiring addition information generated on the basis of addition to the browsing document data by means of the browsing terminal; a drawing processing section which generates a drawing layer on the basis of the acquired addition information; and an additional document data generation section which generates additional document data by superimposing the drawing layer on the browsing document data so as to or not to display them.
