PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved organic Rankine cycle method capable of surely making the temperature of an actuation medium lower than a decomposition temperature.SOLUTION: An organic Rankine cycle method includes: a heat exchanger 1 transferring heat of a heat supply medium to an actuation medium different from the heat supply medium; a first supply device supplying flow of the heat supply medium having a first temperature from a heat source to the heat exchanger; and a second supply device designed so as to carry the heat supply medium after having passed through the heat exchanger and/or another medium having a second temperature lower than the first temperature to the flow of the heat supply medium having the first temperature.
