The service server may subsequently send the IP address of the download server to the cellular phone client, which may download the resource. |

determining, by a service server, according to an Internet Protocol (IP) address of a mobile phone client obtained from the mobile phone client, a geographical area where the mobile phone client is located and an operator to which the mobile phone client belongs; determining, by the service server, an IP address of a download server according to the geographical area and the operator; and sending, by the service server, the IP address of the download server for receipt by the mobile phone client, so as to implement a resource download at the mobile phone client. |
