The present invention provides a product retrieval device, method, and system which enable smooth purchase decisions of a plurality of products by consumers. A product retrieval device according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is provided with: a physical-quantity acquisition unit (116) which acquires, from a product database (102), physical quantities of an image of a specific product; a first conversion unit (118) which converts, into information indicating sensitivity-space blocks, the physical quantities of the image of the specific product; a second conversion unit (122) which converts, into information indicating the range of the physical quantities of the image, the information indicating the sensitivity-space blocks; a category selection unit (123) which selects a category to be retrieved; and a retrieval unit (124) which, on the basis of the category to be retrieved and the information indicating the range of the physical quantities that has been obtained by the second conversion unit (122), retrieves, from the product database (102), images corresponding to the category to be retrieved and notable blocks. |
