This optical scanning device (11) in an image forming device (1) is provided with: polarizers (35, 37) for polarizing laser light that is outputted from light sources (32Y, 32C, 32M, 32K) and scanned over an image carrier (13); first folding mirror parts (43Y, 43C, 43M, 43K) for adjusting the scan curvature of the laser light polarized by the polarizers (35, 37); and second folding mirror parts (44Y, 44C, 44M, 44K) situated downstream from the first folding mirror parts (43Y, 43C, 43M, 43K) on the laser light optical path, the second folding mirror parts (44Y, 44C, 44M, 44K) adjusting the scan slope of the laser light. |
