The present invention relates to a coverlay-integrated magnetic sheet having soft magnetic composite and a flexible printed circuit board including the same, and a manufacturing method of the magnetic sheet and the flexible printed circuit board. More particularly, the defective rate of products can be reduced by applying a magnetic sheet which has metal magnetic powder sample vertically arranged by a thermocompression bonding process, a flexible printed circuit board which is integrated with the coverlay of the flexible printed circuit board to improve interface bonding force, and a manufacturing method thereof. Also, error causing process can be easily detected. The bonding force between interfaces can be improved so that products can be stabilized.
