When a loop-back plug is inserted into a USB connector 7, an ID terminal 7b and a GND terminal 7e of the USB connector 7 are connected through internal wiring of the loop-back plug 20, and the voltage level of the ID terminal 7b of the USB connector 7 reaches a ground voltage level, so that the dialogue program is initiated. !
