PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an operation plan for a power generator considering a report of COemission while reducing a power generation cost.SOLUTION: An operation plan creation apparatus 200 creates an operation plan for a power generator by executing optimization calculation for reducing both of a value of an objective function of a power generation cost and a value of an objective function of COemission by the power generation. The operation plan creation apparatus 200, on the basis of a power generation cost and COemission corresponding to the operation plan, displays a screen in which a point corresponding to the operation plan is arranged on a graph having a power generation cost axis and a COemission axis, in a state in which a user can select the point. When a point is selected, the operation plan creation apparatus 200 displays information on an operation plan corresponding to the point. When accepting input showing that the displayed operation plan is determined, the operation plan creation apparatus 200 outputs information on the determined operation plan. |
