PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reclining device with high bracket mountability.SOLUTION: A seat relining device includes: a first bracket 21 having a housing part 25 that opens to the outside; a second bracket that rotates with respect to the first bracket 21; a cam that rotates with respect to the first bracket 21; a spiral spring 60 housed in the housing part 25 of the first bracket 21 that energizes the cam; a pawl that moves in a radial direction of the first bracket 21 based on the rotation of the cam and engages with the second bracket; and a cover 70 that covers the spiral spring 60. The cover 70 is attached to the housing part 25, and the outer surface 70a of the cover 70 coincides with the outer surface 22b of the first bracket 21, or is located inside the outer surface 22b. |
