摘要 The invention relates to a hadron therapy installation that comprises an irradiation unit (1) supported by a rotary support structure, so as to be able to rotate around a target volume (15) centered on the axis of rotation (22), to deliver a treatment beam (17) from different angles on the target volume (15). An imaging device (3, 4) is secured in rotation with the irradiation unit (1) and translatable relative to the irradiation unit (1) between a retracted position at the irradiation unit (1) and a lateral deployed position relative to the target volume (15), such that in its deployed position, the imaging device (3, 4) can rotate around the target volume (15) together with the irradiation unit (1). Such an installation can be used for a cone beam computed tomography method and/or a fluoroscopic imaging method on a patient to be treated in the hadron therapy installation.

A hadron therapy installation (100), comprising: a support structure capable of rotating about an axis of rotation (22), an irradiation unit (1) supported by said support structure, so as to be able to rotate around a target volume (15) centered on said axis of rotation (22), to deliver a treatment beam (17) from different angles onto said target volume (15); an imaging device (3, 4) movable between a retracted position and a deployed position; characterized in that said imaging device (3, 4) comprises a first driving means for a first piece of equipment (3) of said imaging device (3, 4), said first driving means comprising: a first arm (5) supporting said first piece of equipment (3); a cradle (31) supporting said first arm (5), said first arm (5) being connected to said cradle (31) by means of an articulation (32); and a guide device (30) arranganged alongside said irradiation unit (1) and movable in rotation with the latter, so as to be able to guide said cradle (31) in translation along said irradiation unit (1), in a direction essentially parallel to the direction of said treatment beam (17), to move said first piece of equipment (3) from said retracted position, in which it is located laterally of said irradiation unit, into said deployed position, in which it is located laterally of said target volume (15); and a pivoting device to pivot said first arm (5) about said articulation (32), so as to cause said first equipment (3) to move laterally away from said target volume (15), when said first piece of imaging equipment (3) tends toward said deployed position.
