The present invention provides a three-dimensional measurement device for intraoral teeth comprising: an optical output unit for outputting light toward intraoral teeth; a light guide unit which has a refractive index higher than air, and receives two reflected lights reflected by the light from the teeth in different directions and then outputs the reflected lights as two transmitted lights; a photographing unit having two photographing modules, the photographing modules receiving the two transmitted lights and generating two items of image information regarding the teeth; and a processing unit for generating depth information regarding the shape of the teeth on the basis of the two items of image information received from the photographing unit.
