The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting display device is equipped with a display panel in which data lines and scan lines are formed, and pixels are arranged in a matrix form. Each of the pixels comprises: a drive transistor of which drain-source current is varied in accordance with voltage of a first gate electrode; an organic light emitting diode emitting light in accordance with the drain-source current of the drive transistor; and a first transistor connected between the first gate electrode and a second electrode of the drive transistor. The first gate electrode of the drive transistor is overlapped with a semiconductor layer of the drive transistor in a lower portion of the semiconductor layer of the drive transistor. |
