SOLUTION: A snap ring (49) is attached in a state that a collar member (50) arranged on a secondary shaft (100) is moved to a left side of an axial direction. After that, the collar member (50) is moved to a right side of the axial direction, and a flange part (19) of a clutch guide (11) is arranged at an outside-diameter side of the snap ring (49). Then, a cotter member (45) is fit into a groove part (101) in a state that a cotter cover (51) is arranged at one side of the axial direction.
