PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray conveyance device facilitating cleaning and maintenance work of a dish washing system, and dish washing system. ! SOLUTION: A tray conveyance device 10 includes a horizontal conveyance part 21, an inclined conveyance part 22, a last-stage conveyer 23, an inclined conveyer 24, and a frame 30. A pretreatment machine 50 of a downstream-side conveyance part 50 is juxtaposed to the tray conveyance device 10. The horizontal conveyance part 21 and the inclined conveyance part 22 are mutually independently movable on the frame 30 so as to facilitate cleaning and maintenance work of the tray conveyance device 10 and the pretreatment machine 50. !
