<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor light-emitting element in which deterioration in characteristics due to a resonance surface is suppressed, a method of manufacturing the same, and a wafer for a semiconductor light-emitting element.SOLUTION: The semiconductor light-emitting element comprises a laminated structure which includes a substrate having a semipolar surface and a semiconductor layer provided on the semipolar surface of the substrate. The laminated structure has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in the lamination direction of the substrate and the semiconductor layer. The first surface of the laminated structure is provided with a first notch, and the second surface of the laminated structure is provided with a second notch.</p> |
