The invention relates to a method for producing ozonized water by means of an electrode assembly (2), which comprises an anode chamber (4), which is bounded on one side by an anode (8), and a cathode chamber (6), which is bounded on one side by a cathode (12), wherein the anode (8) has, on an anode surface (10), a structure that forms at least 30% of the anode surface (10) and that is designed in such a way that a distance between the anode surface (10) and an opposite side of the anode chamber (4) increases and decreases multiple times in at least one direction and that liquid flowing through the anode chamber (4) is mixed and, in particular, caused to flow turbulently by the structure, wherein in the method a) pure water is conducted through the anode chamber (4) and through the cathode chamber (6), b) in the anode chamber (4), the pure water is mixed and, in particular, caused to flow turbulently by the structure of the anode surface (10), c) a voltage is applied to the anode (8) and the cathode (12) such that ozonized water forms in the anode chamber (4), and d) more water is conducted through the anode chamber (4) than through the cathode chamber (6). |
