The apparatus for making drip coffee comprises: a water tank; a hopper in which coffee is accommodated; a water supply pipe of which one side is connected to the water tank; a valve connected to the water supply pipe; a water supply pipe transfer unit which is connected to the other side of the water supply pipe, and transfers the connected water supply pipe; and a control unit for controlling the operation of the valve and the water supply transfer unit. The present invention can: extract plentiful crema by controlling a supply method of water poured to coffee powder in a process of extracting coffee; and enables a user to more abundantly enjoy the scent and the flavor of coffee by maintaining the temperature of poured water in the process of extracting coffee.
