PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a touch panel function of preventing erroneous recognition under the influence of external light, and a function of imaging in a wide dynamic range.SOLUTION: The display device includes pixels each including a first photosensor part 106a having a first photodiode juxtaposed to a display element part 105 to detect visible light, and pixels each including a second photosensor part 106b having a second photodiode juxtaposed to the display element part 105 to detect infrared rays. Infrared rays included in the external light are detected by the second photosensor part 106b, and selection of an imaging element and sensitivity adjustment are performed based on the amount of detected infrared rays. |
