PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-melt transparent double-sided adhesive sheet with which adherends can be stuck to each other. ! SOLUTION: The transparent double-sided adhesive sheet includes a photocurable adhesive layer comprising the following resin composition. The resin composition comprises: a base polymer containing a (meth)acrylate copolymer or a vinyl copolymer, which has a MW of 50000 to 400000 and contains a monomer (A) having a Tg of lower than 0°C, a monomer (B) having a Tg of 0°C or higher and lower than 80°C, and a monomer (C) having a Tg of 80°C or higher, in a molar ratio A: B: C of (15 to 40);(85 to 35): (0 to 25); a crosslinking agent; and a photopolymerization initiator. The monomer (A) is a (meth)acrylate monomer having 4 or more carbon atoms; B is a (meth)acrylate monomer having 4 or less carbon atoms, a (meth)acrylate monomer having a cyclic skeleton in a side chain, a vinyl monomer having 4 or less carbon atoms, or a vinyl monomer having a cyclic skeleton in a side chain; |
