SOLUTION: In a heating cooking system including a heating cooker and a portable information terminal, a terminal-side operation control section of the portable information terminal performs, when a terminal-side input receiving section receives a transmission command of operation information including selection information and actual setting information from the portable information terminal to the heating cooker from a user, actual setting information transmitting processing for transmitting and inputting operation information on which a transmission command is received, to the heating cooker via a wireless communication network.
