PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for contributing to further improving energy efficiency. ! SOLUTION: When a shift lever 101 is operated into a parking position by a driver, a clutch change-over device 60 is controlled to be driven to connect a clutch CL and an actuator ACT is controlled to be driven so that a first driven gear 24 is fixed to an inside input shaft 14 by a synchro mechanism 40. Specifically, each of a power transmission path from the inside input shaft 14 via a first gear mechanism 20 to a counter shaft 16 and a power transmission path from an outside input shaft 12 via a second gear mechanism 30 to the counter shaft 16 is set into a power transmissive state (an interlocking state) to actualize a parking state. This eliminates the need for special components for parking and also eliminates the need for securing a space where the special components are arranged, therefore reducing the weight and size of a transmission.
