Specifically, each of a power transmission path from the inside input shaft 14 via a first gear mechanism 20 to a counter shaft 16 and a power transmission path from an outside input shaft 12 via a second gear mechanism 30 to the counter shaft 16 is set into a power transmissive state (an interlocking state) to actualize a parking state. This eliminates the need for special components for parking and also eliminates the need for securing a space where the special components are arranged, therefore reducing the weight and size of a transmission.
