PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weld and join vacuum heat insulation panels by shortening a seam weld length in a vacuum, and avoiding poor welding when manufacturing the vacuum heat insulation panel which is composed of a core material having heat insulation performance and two sheets of external capsule metal plates surrounding the core material, in which the inside of the external capsule metal plates surrounding the core material is brought into a vacuum state, and a peripheral edge part of the external capsule metal plate is sealed by a seam weld method, and which is excellent in durability. !
