Disclosed is a method of measuring a pulse wave delivery velocity difference by a mobile device, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining electrocardiogram information of an object via a first electrode included in the mobile device contacting a first surface of the object and a second electrode included in the mobile device contacting a second surface of the object; obtaining blood flow change information of each of the first surface and the second surface using a first optical sensor included in the mobile device contacting the first surface and a second optical sensor included in the mobile device contacting the second surface; obtaining pulse wave delivery velocity information up to the first surface and pulse wave delivery velocity information up to the second surface on the basis of the obtained electrocardiogram information and the blood flow change information of each of the first surface and the second surface; and measuring pulse wave delivery velocity difference information on the basis of the pulse wave delivery velocity information up to the first surface and the second surface.
