RUBBER SHEET FOR WELDING AND ITS METHOD

The present invention relates to an adhesive rubber sheet capable of being easily adhered onto an object and having excellent adhesion, and a method for producing the same. The method comprises: a first step of providing a raw rubber sheet and a mesh cloth to a heating roller; a second step of vulcanizing the raw rubber sheet by heating and pressing the same through the heating roller, wherein the mesh cloth is impregnated in and coupled with a lower side surface of the vulcanized rubber sheet; a third step of forming an adhesive layer by thermally fusing a hot-melt film on a surface where the mesh cloth is disposed; a fourth step of cutting the same into a desired shape; and a fifth step of thermally compressing and adhering the cut shape onto a surface of an object. Accordingly, a rubber sheet molded into a desired shape can be adhered onto a surface of an object. The raw rubber sheet of the first step has a thickness of 0.2 to 1 mm, and the mesh cloth has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.5 mm. The second step is performed by heating and pressing the same at temperature of 150 to 170°C and pressure of 120 kg/cm^2 for 3 to 10 minutes. Accordingly, a rubber material is used in a region showing a color and a pattern, so durability and abrasivity are excellent and the same is not denatured even when being used for a long time, thereby improving product quality.
