摘要 <p>The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a culture medium for culturing microalgae using anaerobic digestate of pig manure, a method for culturing microalgae and a method for treating wastewater including the same. Provided is a culture medium in which the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and chromaticity are reduced to 500 mg/L or less suitable for culturing chlorella which is characterized by growing at medium and low temperatures by treating anaerobic digestate of pig manure containing high concentration of ammonia nitrogen through ammonia stripping, breakpoint chlorination and dechlorination methods or an ozone treatment method. According to the present invention, a culture medium in which mesophilic and psychrophilic microalgae can grow is prepared by removing factors disturbing the growth and photosynthesis of microalgae to reduce the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and chromaticity to 500 mg/L or less and by reducing the number of bacteria through sterilization, thereby having an effect of stably producing microalgae. By mixing and culturing two kinds of chlorella having different culture temperatures in treated water of the anaerobic digestate of pig manure and using the same, microalgae can be cultured throughout the year even when the season wherein a water temperature is low as well as summer. Also, since nitrogen and phosphorus which are a main cause of eutrophication can be continuously removed, the limitations of an existing microalgae culture system limited to summer can be overcome. In addition, the culture medium for culturing microalgae is prepared using the anaerobic digestate, effluent standard for nitrogen and phosphorus of the anaerobic digestate can be not only satisfied, but the anaerobic digestate can be also recovered as a useful resource.</p>
