PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change detection device capable of detecting change of object facility automatically from recording video of work and the like without requiring time and labor for a user to previously designate a specific photo and the like. ! SOLUTION: For recording video, object facility and an object are previously photographed.
