PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilator capable of suppressing the manufacturing cost and improving heat exchange efficiency by bypassing a heat exchange element to a part of an exhaust air flow. ! SOLUTION: A heat exchange ventilator of this invention includes: a casing 2 formed in a box shape, and having a heat exchange exhaust air passage 26 connecting a first indoor side inlet port 21 and an outdoor side outlet port 22, and a heat exchange air supply passage 27 connecting an outdoor side inlet port 24 and an indoor side outlet port 25, formed in an inside thereof; a heat exchange element 3 exchanging heat between an exhaust air flow and an air supply flow; and an exhaust blower 4 provided on the downstream side of the heat exchange element 3 in the heat exchange exhaust air passage 26.
