PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display controller for multi-display capable of displaying, on another display device, a window corresponded to a non-display display device without registering a display pattern. ! SOLUTION: Rearrangement window displaying means 16 shows a rearrangement window as a window corresponded to the display on the non-display display device that does not display a window. Inputting means 15 receives an operation of inputting, as a display position of the rearrangement window, a display position in a display device different from the non-display display device.
