PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wig allowing a wearer to smoothly brush hair by preventing any knots and laid-around parts from being exposed to the surface of a wig base and providing hair roots filling the wig base with natural external appearance. ! SOLUTION: A wig 1 is formed by filling artificial skins 20A and 20B constituting a wig base, with hairs 3 consisting of artificial hairs or human hair. The wig includes engaging portions 31 engaged with the artificial skins 20A and 20B at halfway portions of the hairs 3. The engaging portions 31 are located at the back sides of the artificial skins 20A and 20B, and both ends of the hairs 3 are positioned on the surface sides of the artificial skins 20A and 20B respectively, so that the artificial skins 20A and 20B are filled with the hairs without being bounded. !
