The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for performing a situation-reporting procedure for decreasing latency in a wireless communication system. The method, according to one embodiment of the present invention, for a communication device performing a situation-reporting procedure for decreasing latency in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving from a first device a situation-reporting signal providing notice of a pre-set, specific situation; transmitting the received situation-reporting signal to a neighbor second device and a base station respectively; and repeatedly transmitting the situation-reporting signal to the second device and the base station, wherein the step of repeatedly transmitting the signal can be performed until a pre-set condition for stopping transmission is satisfied.
