An organic electroluminescence display device is provided. The organic electroluminescence display device comprises a composite thin-film transistor and an organic light-emitting element. The composite thin-film transistor comprises an LTPS thin-film transistor and an oxide semiconductor thin-film transistor arranged on the LTPS thin-film transistor. The organic light-emitting element is electrically connected to the composite thin-film transistor. The LTPS thin-film transistor and the oxide semiconductor thin-film transistor are connected with the same gate line.
