A human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) testing device for testing a test sample, comprising a support piece (1) and a microflow control chip (2); the microflow control chip (2) is provided with a sample injecting pool (21) for placing the test samples and magnetic microbeads, a sample treating area (22) for sequentially absorbing, washing and collecting the test samples, a sample signal amplifying pool (23), a sample testing pool (24) communicating with the sample signal amplifying pool (23), and test elements disposed between the sample signal amplifying pool (23) and the sample testing pool (24); the sample injecting pool (21), the sample treating area (22) and the sample signal amplifying pool (23) are sequentially disposed in a sample injecting channel (25) and communicate with each other; the support piece (1) is provided with a drive device (3) thereon for driving the magnetic microbeads to enter the sample signal amplifying pool (23) from the sample injecting pool (21); and the support piece (1) is also provided with a temperature adjusting device (4) for adjusting the temperature of the test sample, and a control device for controlling the drive device (3) and the temperature adjusting device (4) and for detecting the operation of the test elements. The device has a high degree of automation. |
