The purpose of the present invention is to increase, with a simple structure, the bending-deformation resistance of a slit-formed part in an electromagnetic shield member having the shape of a metal cylindrical body and having a structure in which a plurality of slits arranged in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical body are formed in a part of the cylindrical body. In this electromagnetic shield member having the shape of a metal cylindrical body, a slit-formed part includes a plurality of band-shaped parts that are separated by slits. The band-shaped parts each include a protruding curved part that is curved so as to protrude toward the outer peripheral surface side of the slit-formed part.
