<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microchannel chip which is capable of exchanging gas of oxygen and carbon dioxide in a culture solution and an atmosphere gas, and observing cells using an optical microscope and recovering cultured cells. <P>SOLUTION: The microchannel chip includes: a first opening; a second opening; a culture part; a first channel for connecting the first opening and the culture part; a substrate having a second channel for connecting the second opening and the culture part; and a window part wherein an opening arranged in a part of the culture part is closed by an oxygen permeable membrane. The cell cultured in the culture part can be recovered from the window part by braking at least one part of the oxygen permeable membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
