<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reusing method of slag and molten steel in a ladle, capable of reducing the amount of desulfurization agent used in molten iron desulfurization, utilizing effectively slag and molten steel which remained in the ladle without crushing and magnetically separating them, and dissolving a large amount of a steel scrap. <P>SOLUTION: The steel scrap 4 is placed in a molten iron ladle 6 after molten iron is discharged, then the slag 1 and the molten steel 2 in the hot-state remained in the ladle 3 after completing the casting are charged in the molten iron ladle 6 in which the steel scrap 4 is placed, and finally the molten iron 10 is received. The slag remained in the ladle can be used as a part of desulfurization agent of the molten iron, so that remained molten steel can be effectively utilized in casting. Furthermore, the steel scrap 4 in the ladle can prevent adhesion of the slag and remained molten steel on the inner wall of the molten iron ladle, while preheating the steel scrap 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
