<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly inhibit a voltage of a secondary battery from exceeding an allowable voltage according to deterioration of the secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: ECU (Electronic Control Unit) measures overtimeα(211) when a battery voltage Vb is more than an allowable voltage V2 in a condition that an actual input power Pb of a battery is less than an allowable power Win, and calculates a deterioration level LV of the battery so that the deterioration level LV becomes a larger value when the overtimeαis longer (213). The ECU calculates a lower value of a threshold voltage V1 when the deterioration level LV is larger (221). The ECU performs a feedback control for the allowable power Win so that the battery voltage Vb becomes the threshold voltage V1 or less, when satisfying a Win-F/B control start condition that the battery voltage Vb is more than the threshold voltage V1 (222).
