High-boron wear resistant steel for components and tools

In the present invention, there is disclosed a high-boron wear resistant steel for components and tools that are exposed in the working process to abrasive wear under co-action of impacts, wherein the invented steel comprises as basic components 0.20 to 0.60 percent by weight of carbon, 0.20 to 0.80 percent by weight of silicon, 0.20 to 0.80 percent by weight of boron, up to 0.42 percent by weight rare earth elements and the balance being iron.
