PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a method for controlling a fluid jet device capable of switching between pulse flow jet and continuous flow jet.SOLUTION: In a method for controlling a fluid jet device that includes: a pulsating flow generation part having a fluid chamber and volume change means for changing volume of the fluid chamber for jetting fluid from a fluid jet opening as pulse flow or continuous flow; fluid supply means for supplying the fluid at a predetermined pressure to the pulsating flow generation part; and jet command switching means for selectively switching between pulse flow jet and continuous flow jet, the pulse flow jet and the continuous flow jet are selectively switched by the jet command switching means. In the pulse flow jet, the volume change means is driven to convert the fluid into pulsating flow to jet the fluid in a pulse form. In the continuous flow jet, the volume change means is stopped, and fluid supply pressure from the fluid supply means is increased higher than that in the pulse flow jet to jet the fluid as a continuous flow. |
