The invention relates to a latent heat exchanger and a heat water supply device. The latent heat exchanger (1) comprises a housing (2) and a heat absorption pipe (50). The housing (2) comprises a back wall (11), a front wall (12), a bottom wall (13), one side wall (14), the other side wall (15) and a top board (40). The heat absorption pipe (50) has a piping structure. The piping structure is characterized in that a straight tube part (51), one-side arc type retracing parts (52b) and the other side arc type retracing parts (52a) are repeatedly continuous between one side wall (14) and the other side wall (15). In the latent heat exchanger (1), a plate body (80) for separating combustion exhaust flows is arranged in a way to be protruding towards the middle between the other side arc type retracing parts (52a, 52a) connected in an adjacent way along the front-back direction. |
