<p>Inclusion complex of deoxypodophyllotoxin of cyclodextrin, the preparation method and the use for the treatment of cancer thereof are disclosed. The inclusion complex consists of deoxypodophyllotoxin and beta-cyclodextrin derivative, wherein the molar ration of deoxypodophyllotoxin to beta-cyclodextrin derivative is 1:1-1:10. The beta-cyclodextrin derivative is sulfobutyl ether-beta-cyclodextrin or hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin.</p> |
