<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated core that solves the problem of step portions in both axial end surfaces of a wound laminated core and is usable as a high-quality rotor or stator, and to provide a laminated core. <P>SOLUTION: A wound laminated core 11 is formed by helically winding a belt-like core piece 14 that is processed in a predetermined shape. A laminated core 10 has a coating layer 21 on an axial end of the wound laminated core 11, or coating layers 21 and 22 on two respective axial ends of the wound laminated core 11. Each of the coating layers 21 and 22 has an end surface perpendicular to an axial center. The wound laminated core 11 is sandwiched between an upper mold 45 and a lower mold 44 through an upper covering mold 25 and a lower covering mold 26, and resin is filled into a gap between each of the upper and lower covering molds 25 and 26 and the wound laminated core 11 from a resin reservoir pot 47 that is provided in the upper mold 45 or the lower mold 44. In a case where the wound laminated core 11 has magnet insertion holes 15 in which permanent magnets 17 are inserted, the resin is also filled into the magnet insertion holes 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
