<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce construction costs of a building by attaining compression of temporary construction costs by disassembling a tower crane on early stage and to facilitate work for ganging down a continuous layer foothold after the end of exterior work. <P>SOLUTION: According to a construction method of a building 1 for constructing a skeleton 2 using a tower crane 35, a continuous layer foothold 30 composed of a plurality of foothold units 31 which can be divided in a horizontal direction is assembled along the outer periphery of a lower-layer part of the building 1, and when the continuous layer foothold 30 is moved upward in accordance with the progress of exterior work, the tower crane 35 is used. After the skeleton 2 is constructed, a dividable mobile lifting device 10 is installed on a roof floor 1a of the building 1, and when the foothold units 31 are moved downward after the end of the exterior work in an uppermost layer part of the building 1, the lifting device 10 is used to thereby make earlier the timing to disassemble the tower crane 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
