<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner outdoor unit capable of accurately preventing a sinking phenomenon of a right side panel upon detaching a piping cover from a body by supporting a gravity center of the right side panel while suppressing a rise in the assembling cost by eliminating a new holding member. <P>SOLUTION: After an accumulator fixture 21 is fixed on a base 1, when the right side panel 5 is mounted on the base 1 from above, a cutout 5d formed in a supported part 5c of the right side panel 5 is fitted with a supporting piece 213a of the accumulator fixture 21, and the right side panel 5 is supported by the accumulator fixture 21.
