<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of executing data communication with low communication charge. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunctional apparatus executes data communication according to any of a plurality of bands having different communication speed and charge per charging time. A CPU transmits partial FAX data according to a predetermined normal band. The CPU transmits a PPS signal showing that the data has been transmitted, according to the normal band. The CPU stops the transmission of the partial FAX data under the condition of receiving a RNR signal showing that a communication destination apparatus is in a busy state as a response to the PPS signal; and changes its use band to a minimum band that is lower than the normal band. The CPU transmits a RR signal for inquiring whether or not the communication destination apparatus is in the busy state, according to the minimum band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
