<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric resistance welded tube capable of recognizing electric resistance welded part even after drawing the tube, and a method for manufacturing the tube. <P>SOLUTION: The end parts of a roll-formed steel strip are electric-resistance-welded, and a bead removed from the electric resistance welded part by cutting, and a rolling tool 22 is pressed against a cutting surface 82 after bead-removing, to form an irregularity-worked part 83, in an irregularity-working process. Thereby, even after drawing the tube, the irregularity-worked part remains, so that the irregularity-worked part is visually recognized, and the position of the electric resistance welded part of the electric resistance welded tube after drawing the tube can be recognized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
